About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated Junior DevOps Engineer who wants to take responsibility for smaller software developments and develop within a team focused on maintaining the CME service. In your role, you should assist your colleagues in fixing issues and problems.
We are working with the SRE approach and Agile mode of work. You need to build relationships with teammates, colleagues, partners and clients to deliver the service and understands the impact of the CME service has on colleagues and customers. Your will help to take the CME Service to a Future mode of Operation with quicker provisioning times and a cost-effective Service, with Infrastructure as Code – Automation of services, infrastructure, processes, reports. Looking for opportunities to find engineering solutions to toil, repetitive tasks, SSRs, processes. POCs of new applications, services, processes.

Main responsibilities
• Assisting of resolving incidents, by following established processes and documented work steps.
• Create technical documents, and document processes, user/how to guides.
• Uses relevant information to assist colleagues for timely diagnosis and enable workarounds and solutions to keep the service running at the agreed service levels.
• Understand customer expectations / service level agreements.
• Support colleagues creating and managing vendor support cases (i.e. Citrix).
