WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?
- Greeting and servicing clients and visitors
- Preparing, completing and storing documentation dedicated to reception and the office
- Organizing, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Preparing business meetings and events
- Planning and organizing business trips for employees, including flights reservation
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Purchasing of stationery and office supplies
- Supporting other employees in different queries
- Support day-to-day office maintenance
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?
- Very good level of English min. B2 (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good organizational skills and flexible attitude
- Ability to manage several ongoing activities
- Ability to work independently
- MS Office skills
- Experience in a similar position, preferred in an international environment – nice to have
