Currently we are recruiting for the following roles:

Inbound Venue Onboarding Intern (Eastern Time)

• As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new venues on our platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Helping venue managers complete their listings and creating venue profiles from scratch.

• Reviewing and ensuring the quality of newly added venue profiles to meet platform standards.

• Communicating with venue managers via email and phone to finalize their registration and gather any missing details, with a focus on the US and Canadian markets.

• Providing top-notch support, resolving any issues related to their listings, and ensuring a seamless experience.

About you:

• You are a constant learner with big career ambitions

• You feel comfortable communicating in English

• You're interested in developing your skills in one of the areas that we offer

• You are available at least 30h/week and you can work in Eastern Time

Practical details:

• 💸 The internship is paid - 30,50 pln/h gross

• 📅 The internship lasts 6 months. If it’s a match, we are happy to prolong the cooperation after that period

• 👩‍🏫 You'll start the internship with training and continue to work with an experienced mentor who will guide you throughout your experience

• 📘 We will provide you with books that will contribute to your further development
