Aptean is now seeking a Customer Support Consultant to join our Support Team as part of our continued growth!
If you're a strong communicator and thrive in the IT world, this position is for you! The goal: solving customer inquiries and providing competent support as well as testing and documenting new modules and releases.
What you will do:
Handling customer inquiries (IT tickets)
Problem analysis, error identification, and finding solutions
Creating documentation of inquiries
Communicating customer requirements to the development department
Actively develops product knowledge in various areas
Testing and documenting new modules and releases.
About you:
Strong experience in the area of customer / client support
Understanding of software and business processes
Strong team and communication skills
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
Nice to have:
IT knowledge, including SQL and programming know-how
Detailed knowledge in logistics (e.g., warehousing, procurement, order management, production, and material management).
