Must-have requirements:
English at C1 level
Knowledge of one of the following: Italian / Spanish / Russian (German or French will be an advantage)
Minimum high school education
Customer-oriented, open, resilient under pressure
Flexibility to work on shifts (no night shifts)
Nice-to-have:
Previous customer service experience
Additional foreign languages (e.g. Ukrainian, German, French)
Flexibility and adaptability to new systems
High personal culture and strong communication skills
Teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
Sell, up-sell and cross-sell Qatar Airways products and services
Create and modify reservations, quote fares, process ticket refunds
Support e-commerce and loyalty programs
Escalate more complex cases to senior consultants
