KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including high-volume positions.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further stages.
Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Perform in accordance with internal recruitment processes and procedures to deliver high-quality work.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to attract qualified candidates.
Support with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
At least 1 year of previous recruitment experience.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proactivity and passion for working with people.
Interest in the gaming industry will be a plus.
