Your responsibilities:

· Coordination of tasks in the area of quality in the company

· Defining and overseeing quality control system

· Coordination and solving problems in production processes through the use of quality tools (8D, PDCA, Ishikawa)

· Supervision of the implementation of corrective and preventive action processes

· Coordination of the implementation of changes in the production processes

· Analysis, reporting and appropriate communication of information on customer complaints

· Monitoring and reporting quality results

· Active participation in processes and products transfer

· Leadership and participation in projects to improve the operation of the company

· Conducting internal audits in accordance with their plans as the internal auditor (including compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001)

Our requirements:

· Higher technical education (MSc), technical / qualitative / production direction

· Your experience in a manufacturing company quality area, process engineering, NPI, printing area would be necessary for your smooth onboarding;

· Practical knowledge of the use of quality tools 8D, PDCA, Ishikawa)

· Good knowledge of English is a must;

· Very good knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel)

· Ability to create reports and interpret and present data, indicators

· Ability to build positive relationships with people / customer orientation

· Team work ability and organized

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Your knowledge in the field of: printing would be added value

· You should have also a practical experience in commissioning new machines;

· To succeed you need to be proactive, goal-oriented, able to work independently, and know how to efficiently coordinate tasks;

· You should know how to use statistical analysis method

· Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and other methods of process improvement would also be important;

· You will cooperate with various people, so you must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, a bit of expertise in negotiations and influencing others would also be helpful;
