B2B Marketing Intern

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Twisto is seeking a full-time B2B Marketing Intern who will join the Polish team. The purpose of this role is to support the Digital Marketing team in enhancing the merchant cooperation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns across channels (email, website, etc.).

• Assist in creating B2B marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, newsletters.

• Help maintain and update CRM systems and marketing databases.

• Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and marketing activities.

• Assist in organizing webinars, virtual events, and other partner-facing initiatives.

• Supporting with data gathering for sales team and creating analyses and reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. 2nd year student or university graduate (preferred fields of study: marketing, business management or a related field)

• Basic understanding of marketing and B2B communication strategies.

• Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Workspace.

• Proficiency in Polish (min. C1) and English (B2 level or above).

• Communication skills and grammatical excellency.

• Customer first mindset.

• Open-minded and collaborative approach.

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Analytical mindset.

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week) but with a flexible schedule.

• Previous internship or project experience in marketing, social media, or CRM is an asset.
