Be part of our team supporting implementation of the Non-Financial Risk Framework in UBS Investment Bank
Perform review of front office errors to ensure good quality and compliance with requirements, identify themes, repeat issues or gaps
Analyse data and prepare reports containing clear insights and highlighting changes in our risk profile
Look for opportunities to improve our processes and innovate our ways of working for greater efficiency
support our business stakeholders in responding to audit and regulatory queries
collaborate with team members globally
YOUR TEAM:
You’ll be working in the IB Business Risk Management team based in Krakow. We are a team of five people in Krakow who cooperate closely with colleagues and stakeholders in other locations.
The role will allow you to learn how financial institutions assess and manage non-financial risks, gain hands on experience and contribute to the delivery of our team’s objectives.
YOUR EXPERTISE:
Self-motivated, proactive and driven with the ability to work independently as well as cooperate within a team
Good communication skills, an ability to convey information in English clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Efficiency-oriented, focused on achieving results in a timely manner and optimizing ways of working
Problem solving abilities, resourcefulness in addressing challenges and finding solutions
risk aware, conscientious and willing to challenge the status quo
Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
