- collaborate with Credit Risk Officers, Legal Experts, and Risk Methodology professionals to assess credit exposure and netting issues.
- analyze financial data to understand risk implications on limit and capital numbers.
- respond to real-world credit risk challenges, engaging with teams across the business to ensure alignment on risk-related decisions.
- assist in preparing credit reports, exposure metrics, and risk dashboards to support key decision-making.
- develop a deep understanding of market structures, financial instruments, and risk management frameworks.
YOUR TEAM:
You will be joining the Credit Exposure Management team, part of the Risk Control Operations located in Fabryczna Office Park in Krakow. Your team has global presence with representation in Krakow and London. We support the Credit Officer community and our Reporting colleagues by reviewing the credit exposures for accuracy and are responsible for the communication and escalation of any issues impacting the exposures or affecting credit risk functionalities.
YOUR EXPERTISE:
- finance, banking, or economics students (final years of studies or recent graduates) eager to work in a fast-paced financial environment.
- problem solvers with analytical mindset who enjoy tackling complex financial scenarios.
- a good understanding of financial markets, banking products, and risk principles.
- proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.), with the ability to interpret financial data (no need for advanced coding skills!).
- a proactive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
