YOUR ROLE:
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you know how to take care of business?
We’re looking for someone like that to:
Perform data entry, validation, and cleansing activities to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in the deal management system used by Investment Bankers, including verifying and creating clients and contact information;
assist in generating reports and summaries using existing tools to uncover trends or data quality issues;
collaborate with Business and IT subject matter experts to help define Global Banking data requirements;
Support COO initiatives across Global Banking and provide input for their ongoing development;
Be compliant with the pre-defined SLAs and internal UBS policies, processes, and procedures;
Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
YOUR EXPERTISE:
Fluent written and spoken English;
Good knowledge of MS Office;
Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
Strong attention to detail;
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Business Objects knowledge would be an asset);
Ability to take ownership of tasks and prioritize your own workload;
Strong decision-making skills;
Experience with or willingness to learn automation tools and techniques.
