YOUR ROLE:

Are you good at identifying and automating manual, repetitive tasks? Do you like to work and explore multiple, distributed systems? Are you comfortable working with Global teams? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?

We’re looking for an intern to join our Site Reliability Engineer team to focus mainly in the following tasks:

• Ensure reliability and resiliency of our solutions on Observability, Endpoint Management or AIOPs

• Develop self-healing automations for our tools and automate any repetitive tasks

• Support onboarding new teams to our platforms, automating every single piece of it

• Writing excellent documentation for both internal team members and for end users

YOUR TEAM:

In this role you are part of one of our high-performing teams of Site Reliability Engineers with wide expertise on Observability, Endpoint Management or AIOPs. You will work with committed, quality driven and very technical people understanding our toolset, the tools interacting with them and the needs of our clients. This a global team with members based in Poland, Switzerland, India, Singapore and United States.

YOUR EXPERTISE:

• Quick learner able to adapt to new tools and processes

• Proactive, able to identify issues, decompose them and identify root causes

• Focused on delivering tasks on time while maintaining quality

• Stays calm and keeps focused under pressure

• Good knowledge on Unix environments and skilled in at least one scripting or coding language

What are you going to learn:

• Scripting languages like Bash or Python, and how to use them to automate repetitive tasks

• Working with SDLC, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines

• Working with on Unix servers on-premises and Azure Cloud based solutions

• You will be working with one or more of the following tools and you will become proficient at them: Splunk, Cribl, BigPanda, Amelia AIOPs, Tanium, Guardicore, AppDynamics, SCOM or Grafana LGTM
