We’re looking for an intern in our GOTO Portfolio Governance & Strategy team:
support the division, stream, crew, and initiative managers with PMO activities (e.g., resource planning, effort estimation, strategic capacity planning, conflict resolution, etc.)
support the production and maintenance of Portfolio documentation
facilitate cross-functional collaboration in an agile environment with IT, business, and external stakeholders
YOUR EXPERTISE:
currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field
strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
proficiency in MS office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Copilot)
excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable interacting with IT and business colleagues at all levels
highly motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
keen to take the initiative with solution-oriented thinking that makes an impact
fluent in written and spoken English
