We are currently seeking a Marketing Intern eager to grow in the dynamic field of B2B technology marketing. This internship is designed to launch your career, offering hands-on experience and the potential for long-term professional development within our Sales & Marketing team.
Location: Kraków office (primary), with hybrid work options available. Full remote work is not possible.
Duration: August 15 - December 15, 2024 (Start date negotiable)

Compensation: 4,500 - 6,500 PLN gross (UZ) or equivalent for B2B contract

Job requirements
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
- Keen interest in emerging marketing trends
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all aspects of work
- Relevant university degree in fields such as Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, or related disciplines
Optional Qualifications:
- Copywriting experience, including familiarity with various content types (e.g., press releases, advertising copy) and a strong command of grammar and spelling
- Marketing experience, either initial commercial one or through academic projects and personal initiatives (e.g., managing successful social media accounts)

- Develop and enhance Upside's brand image
- Execute and refine our social media strategy
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives
- Create engaging content and manage our Content Management System (CMS)
- Design and implement campaigns targeting employees and potential candidates
