RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting end-to-end data analytics process (from collecting the data, through verification & validation to presetting results)
Assist in creating insurance industry reports, for both internal and external customers
Work closely with the team in the development, implementation, maintenance and regular distribution of useful measurement reports, and data requests across the organizatio
Research, diagnostics and issue resolution will play a large role in your day-to-day work
Create, modify and execute repeatable procedures that can be leveraged across our team, to promote improvement of existing processes and growth of analytic products
Support developing detailed project plans to ensure projects are completed on time
Work closely with project leads in US to share insights and discuss additional needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate or Bachelor's degree with a major in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Risk Management, Operational Research or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
1+ year work experience in a data/ financial analyst role or similar
Experience with MS Excel in analyzing datasets
Experience with using using SQL
Detail-oriented aptitude in quantitative and qualitative data analysis, with strong logical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Fluency in English is required
Strong verbal and written communications skills, listening and teamwork skills, and effective summarization skills
Background should include a working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Understanding of computer programming concepts
Aptitude in performing multiple tasks and dealing with changing deadline requirements in a flexible, organized, and proactive manner
Willingness to work as a full-time employee in a hybrid model from Cracow city-center based office.
