PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
As a Junior Accounts Payable Accountant, you will support the daily operations of the payables process by accurately posting supplier invoices and auditing employee expense reports in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
You will be responsible for verifying documentation, ensuring correct cost allocation, and raising any discrepancies for resolution. This position provides a solid foundation in finance and accounting, offering hands-on experience in a high-quality, detail-oriented environment.
Working with a skilled and diverse team, you’ll gain exposure to international processes and contribute to the accurate financial reporting of the organization, all while developing professionally in a role that values structure, efficiency, and teamwork.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling Accounts Payable for various entities
Managing Accounts Payable using Oracle Fusion
Ensuring invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner
Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as manual entries and account maintenance
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
Assisting internal and external customers
Assist in various projects related to year-end and auditing
Reviewing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment
Ability to run and analyze reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Accounting or related experience working in Accounts Payable
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail oriented and meticulous
Excellent teamwork and diplomacy skills
Data entry skills
Supplier review and creation
Invoice review and processing
Invoice and payment search
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in the Cracow Office as a full-time employee.
