We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Office Assistant who’s eager to dive into the world of workplace operations. If you enjoy solving problems, managing logistics, and being the person others rely on to “get things done,” this is the perfect first step in your career.
This role is all about ownership. You’ll be trusted to manage a wide variety of tasks that keep our office running like clockwork. From coordinating shipments and handling equipment, to preparing documentation and supporting internal teams—you’ll be the one making sure everything is in place, on time, and done right.
Key responsibilities will include:
Handling shipments and equipment – moving packages, marketing materials and IT equipment (sometimes with a heavier weight).
Support in the organization of events and office moves – physical preparation of space, arrangement of furniture, transport of materials.
Logistics coordination – packing, loading and unloading of domestic and international shipments.
Handle showroom bookings and coordinate meetings.
Prepare and track office orders, supplies, and workspace adjustments.
Collect and organize IT equipment.
Support marketing, stock logistics.
Maintain office cleanliness and technical readiness, responding quickly to any issues.
Respond to repair needs, ensure health & safety compliance, and keep the workspace safe and professional.
