You’ll be the go-to person for one of our key clients - the one who keeps everything running smoothly, on time, and with quality our client can count on.
From managing projects and campaigns to making sure every stakeholder knows exactly what’s happening, you’ll turn plans into flawless delivery. And because we work in an international environment, you’ll be connecting with people across different markets (and yes, 100% in English).

🥇 What you’ll be doing day-to-day
Managing projects from A to Z - digital assets, campaigns, event materials, and adaptations of central team content.
Keeping every project on track (timelines, progress, reporting) and making sure everyone - from colleagues to clients - is in the loop.
Building rock-solid relationships with clients and agency partners, especially during moments of organisational change.
Tracking the client’s brand, industry trends, and competitor moves so you’re always ahead of the game.
Joining regular market status calls and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
🔑 What will make you successful here
Experience: 1+ years in a similar role (agency or in-house).
Location: Based in or near Warsaw - able to work from our office twice a week.
Language: Excellent English (C1) -Polish not required.
Skills: Strong organisation, time management, and detail orientation.
Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) — project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana are a plus.
Mindset: Independent yet collaborative, adaptable, problem-solving, and confident with stakeholders.
