- We have a work-study opportunity in the field of digital quality and operations to work in an international team, get to know and interact with different cultures from different countries.
- We are waiting for you to support our teams in ITSM data, measurement and reporting area to support our senior Architects in their mission. It will consist in understanding the Architecture framework, supporting Integrations and architectural reviews, and documenting progress of these.
- Technical knowledge is important, but the willingness to make big changes and learn will be essential.
- You are ready to support us for at least 1 year.
To succeed in this position:
- You study in the field of IT subjects and are keen to develop a carrier of an Architect, Data Architect or similar.
- It is important to have good communication, a curious and rigorous mindset, a good understanding of a global environment, a customer focus mindset, and a logical reasoning.
- Knowledge of the ITIL / IT Service Management environment, notions of Architecture / Data Architecture are desired.
- You like challenges and you are able to carry out the mission given to you successfully, by motivating those around you. You are a driving force when you work in a group and on a project.
- And as we are part of an international group, and your management will be based in Poland but also in France and in Sweden, so it is expected that you will be able to communicate with different teams in different countries – also including Belgium or India as examples.
- C1 level in English is a must as this is the official language at Volvo and within the team.

Within Volvo Group Digital & IT, the IT Performance Management department is responsible for delivering ITSM certified data, KPI and reporting (mainly ServiceNOW Platform Analytics and PowerBI), data architecture products and functionalities that meet the organization's quality standards and which can be considered reliable, ready for use throughout the organization:
- Certified Data & IT Performance Management processes
- Governance, Strategy & Communication

How you can make a difference?
We are looking for a person to contribute to Architect activities which consists mainly in defining and designing the architecture for applications and services used by the organization, mainly centered on ServiceNow platform and Services, but also PowerBI Platform and Services, and support:
- Strategic decisions
- Followup of established principles and guidelines
- Ensure adherence to standards
In this role, you will support the senior Architects in various projects (RFP, Platform maintenance decisions application, documentation, stories follow-up). We are also counting on your understanding of the IT field / ITSM processes as well as the notions of Architecture / Data Architecture to best support this team.
