ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Financial Analyst Brand Finance business partnering to drive challenging results on our beloved Wella Commercial and Education Department.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Prepare internal reports for marketing and education teams and division management.
Assist in the preparation, analysis and commentary for Marketing and Education profitability.
Collaborate with the DACH marketing and education teams to collect information that has a monthly impact on financial results.
Ensure that all commissions made monthly and quarterly are adequate and explained.
Creation of a control environment that respects the principles of budgetary control and ensure all activities comply with accounting standards, company policy and all relevant legislation.
Assist in Brand Finance Promotion analysis if necessary.
Actively participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure we live our values and respect Internal Controls (SOX) guidelines.
Collaborate with accounting and controlling teams acting as one team to deliver the business unit ambitious results.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG
1 to 3 years' experiences in a similar analyst role
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, management, or a related field
Advanced knowledge of Excel and systems experience (SAP, EPM appreciated)
Ability to work in international teams / Fluent in English
Experience in working in a multi-functional environment is nice to have
Developed analytical and organizational skills
Influencing skills is a plus / proactive attitude
Ability to act and operate independently with direction from Management
