Collection Specialist with German (Fixed-term)

The Opportunity:

Currently, we are looking for a Cash Collection Specialist with German to work with our customers from Austria. We have many hardworking and dedicated peers that would love for you to work with them. We are committed to continuous improvement. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve quality, reduce costs, build excellent solutions, and grow customer happiness. We are looking for an organized, innovative, process-driven colleague to join our international team based in our office in Warsaw.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​:

- Issuing initial invoices towards our customers located in Austria
- Bookings of payments, direct debit rejects and reconciliation of customers' accounts in SAGE

- Trigerring and supervision of semi-automated processes
- Creating reports in MS Excel
- Processing of contract termination in systems
- Close cooperation with external debt collection agency in Austria
- Setting priorities to achieve best collection results
- Participating in process improvements and new initiatives
 

Who Are We Looking For:

- Communicative level in English
- Very good verbal and written German (min. B2+)
- Communication, interpersonal skills and willingness to work in an international team
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel 
- Team player with self-discipline and ability to work on his/her own
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to details and focus on results 
- Proactive approach, always looking to improve current processes 
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
