ROLE SUMMARY AND IMPACT:
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
We are looking for a Junior Paid Social Media Specialist, who will:
Effectively interact and communicate strongly with regional teams (Europe, U.S.)
Support campaign launches and set up on platforms like Meta, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Ensure campaign compliance with WPP Media’s guidelines
Monitor and report on campaign checks across channels/platforms
Ensure data accuracy for campaign reporting tools and WPP Media’s software
Produce daily campaign reports, including pacing, data inputting, and commentary for regional Media Activation teams
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Fluency in English
6+ months experience in planning and managing Meta Ads campaigns (experience with other platforms is a bonus)
Strong analytics skills and affinity for numbers
Ability to analyze raw data and develop actionable recommendations
Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing goals and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Eagerness to work directly from Poland
