Our team at xfive is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Intern to assist across various projects; supporting the delivery team and other departments with a mix of tasks that give you broad exposure to how a digital agency operates.
We know internships should be about learning and growth, so we’ll give you real tasks, mentor you closely, and help you find your footing in the digital world.
What you’ll be up to
Helping out across a variety of tasks to support the delivery team and other departments
Getting hands-on experience with tools, data, and project workflows
Assisting with scheduling, monitoring, and basic data management — with clear instructions and plenty of guidance
Learning how different parts of a digital agency fit together, from client projects to internal operations
Joining meetings, workshops, or calls when you’re curious and want to dive deeper
You’ll be involved in meaningful work that gives you a solid overview of agency life, while building practical skills along the way.

Job requirements
You’re proactive and curious, happy to do your own research and figure things out
You have some interest in how websites and web apps work (no need to be a developer!)
You’re comfortable with basic problem-solving and learning new tools
Familiarity with WordPress and Notion is a plus, but not required
Your English is solid (C1 or better); Polish is a nice bonus but not necessary
You’re based in Kraków and can work mostly from home, with Wednesdays expected in the office (more days welcome if you want!)
Flexible about hours; roughly 3/5 of a full-time schedule, but we’ll work that out together
Having an unemployed status is considered an additional advantage
