Job description
- Providing effective and professional customer support in German
- Assist with ad hoc queries, handling telephone, email and chat requests from German speaking clients
- Solving problems related to the financial transactions and back office operations
- Providing support for other departments
- Maintaining high quality of customer service (ensuring clients always receive good feedback)
Nice to have
- Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and very good English (B2 level)
- High customer service orientation and communicative skills
- Analytical skills
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Experience in Customer Service will be a strong asset
