As a Zoetis Intern, you will have the opportunity to join one of three different Finance Departments: Global TAX Team, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable. After gaining the necessary skills and experience, the intern will be a natural candidate for a future permanent position in Zoetis Finance SSC.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance your experience in finance department by supporting daily accounting tasks:

• In Accounts Payable, you will assist the AP team in responding to and resolving requests from our suppliers, verifying and booking invoices, and preparing payments

• In Accounts Receivable, you will support the AR team in dealing with our customers by providing missing accounting documents, posting incoming payments, and reconciling customer accounts

• In General Ledger, you will find yourself helpful in processing General Ledger (GL) transactions (fixed assets, journal entries), reconciling of GL accounts and subledgers, supporting period end closing activities (accruals, revenue recognition, reporting)

• In TAX team, you can catch on VAT returns, EC Listing and Intrastat returns or Income tax compliance matters for over a dozen of countries

Requirements:

• You are a final year student of: accounting, controlling, finance, banking, economics or related

• Very good command (B2/C1) of English and French is a must

• Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot table – nice to have)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

• Experience in students’ organizations, seasonal/part-time jobs, voluntary activities or similar will be beneficial

• Available preferably minimum 30 hours/week
