About the role:

The Global CI Academy Team, established in 2018, plays a crucial role in this mission. As a Junior Learning Coordinator, you will support the team in executing our learning initiatives and providing cutting-edge development opportunities for our employees. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals who are passionate about learning and development and eager to grow their career in a global insurance company.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Course Logistics: Schedule and agree on course dates and times with Program Managers and facilitators.
Maintain Course Master list: Update and manage the Global CI Academy courses master list.
Manage Registrations: Set up registration pages, handle nominations, and manage participant lists on the Learning Management System.
Prepare Course Materials: Develop course descriptions, outlines, and necessary documentation.
Facilitate Communication: Draft and send nomination and registration emails, and manage communications with participants.
Organize Internal Speakers: Coordinate and invite internal speakers and participants.
Conduct Sessions: Start, stop, and manage session recordings, breakout rooms, and Q&A sessions.
Distribute Materials: Share necessary files and materials with participants and instructors.
Evaluate Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback, and update records with attendance and feedback scores.
Store and Organize Files: Manage and store related files, including recordings and shared documents, on document-sharing platforms like SharePoint and MS Teams.
Candidate’s profile:
Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, including managing breakout rooms and troubleshooting technical issues.
Strong organizational skills to manage end-to-end webinar processes.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including internal speakers, external coaches, and participants.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails, setting up speaker calls, and moderating sessions.
English skills – fluent written and spoken (C1 level)
Strong focus on participant satisfaction and ability to handle troubleshooting and support efficiently.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and unexpected challenges, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement of webinar processes.
Readiness for 12 months contract with prospect for permanent employment.
