THE WORK:
Collecting due receivables according to procedures.
Handling emails & phone calls (external customers and internally to account managers).
Influencing customers, negotiating and building business relationships with stakeholders.
Cooperating with internal departments (finance and sales teams)
Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent written and communication skills in English minimum B2.
Full-time availability, 8 hours daily from Monday to Friday.
Strong analytical skills and legal background, including legal translations.
Good knowledge of MS Office package.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to process changes and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience in Customer Service, Call Center, OTC Collections, BPO, Shared Services.
