THE WORK:
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
You will be required to timely and compliantly respond to queries and take proactive actions to collect accurate reports about debt outstanding, apply payments and credits and other OTC tasks.
You will be required to address flagged issues and disputes, flag process and system gaps and escalate for resolution.
You will be required to establish effective relationships with business partners by email and phone..
YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE RELATED TO:
Receiving and validating new customer credit assessment and contract requests.
Monitoring existing customer and portfolio credit risk.
Reconciliating accounts receivable activity to the general ledger.
Applying cash remittances and credits or adjustments.
Optimizing working capital providing real time visibility and end to end management of revenue and cash flow and streamlining billing processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Very good English and Spanish or Italian proficiency (min B2 level)
Intermediate proficiency in Collections Management.
Advanced proficiency in Effective Written Communication.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
Bonus points if you have:
Intermediate Account Reconciliations.
Intermediate Service Desk Voice Support.
Intermediate Time Management.
