- Managing collections process on assigned portfolio of customers
- Resolving customers disputes pertaining to Collections
- Answering customers incoming queries
- Making recommendations regarding the treatment of uncollectable debt
- Building long term business relationship with customers
- Planning and prioritizing own work to ensure the deadlines and customers experience are met

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Excellent communication skills
