THE WORK:
Please note: This is a fixed-term contract of employment until August 2026.
Responsible for timely cash collection for the assigned portfolio of clients (B2B clients, mainly email communication)
Forecasting (cash, risks, opportunities, past due level)
Building long term relationship with regional Sales, Finance and Customer Service departments
Reporting collection activities and presenting progress of debt collection
Helping in resolution of disputes

QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluent German and English, B2 level required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic MS Office Excel skills
Experience in customer service, complaints solving, and cash collecting would be an asset
Knowledge of Oracle is nice to have
Ability to work in a 50/50 hybrid mode (office located on Przyokopowa Street, Warsaw)
