THE WORK:
Supporting the evaluation and testing of corporate financial processes and products.
Conducting analysis, providing ongoing feedback, document issues, and monitoring the resolution process.
Contributing to risk assessments associated with the designated processes.
Seeking guidance and escalating matters when confronted with tasks or issues beyond the defined scope.
Executing operational process activities in accordance with set service level agreements.
Engaging in regular client and internal meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluent English, min. B2 level required (both written and spoken).
Experience in BPO Industry, Back Office Operations, Training, Project Management or equivalent is preferred.
Strong communication skills.
High attention to details.
Availability to work afternoon shift: 11:00 AM - 7 PM (Monday-Friday).
Bonus points if you have:
Prior experience in process documentation within operational environment.
Familiarity with start up type volatility in process and systems.
