WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Perform reconciliation between supplier outstanding statement and accounts payable open invoices.
- Perform manual corrections and internal audit on booked invoices.
- Maintain regular relationship with suppliers and the Client.
- Monitor payables and unreconciled payment lines.
- Reconcile aged debit and credit items.
- Resolve invoice related queries.
- Complete reporting activities and analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Very good English language.
- Fluency in Spanish language (min. B2 level is required).
- High accuracy and focus on detail.
- Ability to work analytically in a problem solving environment as well as ability to plan, organize and perform work in accordance with the targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills written and oral.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Availability to work second shift between 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
- Ability to work in hybrid model (2/3 days weekly) from the office located in Warsaw city center.
