What the day will look like
As a Compensation Analyst, you will support the administration and execution of producer compensation programs across the region. Working as part of the National Producer Compensation Team, you will partner closely with Sales Professionals, Accounting teams, HR, and other key stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely processing of commission payments and compensation-related activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating monthly commission schedules and ensuring timely communication and distribution to producers.
Calculating and processing commission true-up adjustments.
Managing commission-related updates within the system of record (SOR).
Responding to compensation inquiries and supporting the resolution of discrepancies and payment-related issues.
Coordinating offline referral commission payments in partnership with Accounting and HR teams.
Maintaining accurate compensation records and supporting documentation.
Ensuring confidentiality and integrity of financial and compensation data.
Supporting process improvements and operational excellence initiatives within compensation administration.
Assisting with reporting, reconciliations, and other accounting and compensation-related activities.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
