Your responsibilities
Continuously improve IT Service Management and IT Shop processes and procedures, e.g. incl. Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration & Asset Management
Monitor and analyze IT Service Performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance service delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and BD to ensure IT Services meet business needs and align with organizational goal
Manage and prioritize ITSM requirements including IT Shop requests, Incidents etc., ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Conduct regular IT Service Reviews, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Your profile
University degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent experience in IT Service Management
Strong understanding of IT Service Management frameworks, such as ITIL is essential, including best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
A mindset of continuous improvement and experience in methodologies like e.g. Lean and Agile to drive efficiency and effectiveness in IT service Management
Self-organized and strong ownership attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
