YOUR TASKS:
Solving issues/queries raised by Customers;
Cash Applications, Account maintenance, Financial Order Release;
Problem solving;
Updating account status records and collection efforts
Reporting on collections activity and accounts receivables status
YOUR PROFILE:
Communicative level of English (minimum B2) and fluent Hebrew (minimum C1) both written and spoken;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Attention to details and quality;
No previous experience is needed;
Student status or bachelor's degree;
