YOUR TASKS:
Delivering high level of customer service connected to one of business processes (O2C/P2P/R2R).
Participating in resolving problems regarding outstanding payments, invoicing, client payment history, reporting, reconciliation etc.
Contacting client via phone, e-mail, chat or ticketing system.
YOUR PROFILE:
Excellent communication skills in French (min. B2) and English (min. B2).
Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel and Word).
Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree (Finance background would be and asset)
