Finance Process & Tools Support Specialist with French

YOUR TASKS:

• Solving functional queries related to finance tools (GFS, My Expenses, BO) in cooperation with finance teams and controllers.

• Monitoring key processes and data transfers within the finance system and addressing any observed issues.

• Communicating with the Client.

• Performing UAT tests.

• Creating and modifying finance reports.

• Developing service improvements.

• Maintaining procedures and process maps.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Fluency in French (B2) and English (B2).

• Knowledge of financial processes and financial tools (SAP, GFS, Business Objectives, My expenses – not obligatory but nice to have).

• Very good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in the team.

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.

• BA / MA University degree or student status.
