YOUR TASKS:
- assisting the team in creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, with a focus on UI skills to ensure visually appealing and consistent designs;
- creating posters, graphics, and other visual materials to support internal and external communication;
- participating in building and maintaining well-organized design systems and component libraries;
- collaborating with UX and UI designers, as well as developers, and assisting with smooth design hand-offs;
- gaining experience in UX research activities and supporting a Design Thinking culture.
YOUR PROFILE:
- currently studying or a recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design);
- basic knowledge of web (RWD) and mobile design principles;
- familiarity with Figma or Sketch;
- ability to create simple Lo-Fi wireframes and prototypes;
- eagerness to learn about usability testing, UI principles, and accessibility (WCAG);
- team-oriented with good communication skills;
- proficiency in English;
- knowledge of German would be a strong advantage.
