YOUR TASKS:
Processing of incoming invoices (PO, Non-PO, Recurring, Down Payments documents) with initial problem identification as necessary
Reviewing and resolving client queries
Supporting reporting process
Ensuring that the daily activities within your responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely
Proactively sharing knowledge on the process and related procedures with other team members
YOUR PROFILE:
Very good knowledge of English and Spanish (level C1)
Customer oriented attitude
Ability to manage time and priorities, work in a changing environment and under pressure
Good analytical skills
Student status or bachelor’s degree
Readiness to start an international carrier
