YOUR TASKS:
Ensuring the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets
Processing routine Purchase Requisitions (reviews PRs for compliance, releases completed Purchase Orders for approval)
Comparing product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
Maintaining strong working relationships with vendors
Managing goods/services claims and being responsible for internal database changes
YOUR PROFILE:
Fluent knowledge of French (C1) and English (B2)
Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well with the team and stakeholders
Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and tasks in order to accomplish goals
Strong attention to details and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel
