YOUR TASKS:
- Support Client’s Business & Sales operations across all products/segments within SLA
- Preparing & sharing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting & analytics
- Supporting the team in ensuring correct & up-to-date data in the systems
- Support business in identifying & removing repeatable blockers
- Drive towards an efficient, accurate & reliable solution providing end to end support
- Training Team members & help Query support
- Follow up on compliance issues, monitor issues resolution
- Preparing data for Audit
YOUR PROFILE:
- 1 year of work experience in Data Analytics/ Reporting/ Operations or any other automation tools
- Experience with PowerBI report creation
- Experience with Macros in Excel
- Knowledge of Automation of processes and reports
- Fluent in Japanese and English with writing & reading skills
- Working in shift from 6AM – 2PM CET is required
- Analytical skills; attention to detail;
- Methodical mindset of problem solving
- Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently
