YOUR TASKS

Analyst must ensure important communication and reporting of the data processing; Understand the business perspective and suggest process improvement ideas; Well versed with the process to support the team, when approached for guidance; Participate for conducting RCA along with the project lead; Prepare and update the process documentation for business reviews; Function as SME for program exceptions; Process the signals for vetting and monitoring entities as per the defined SOP and business rules; Participate in failure mode identification, insights on current detection/alerts; Identify the process improvement ideas and flag them to Process excellence team; Evaluate the metric measurement hypothesis and support in baselining; Work with Operations Owner on creating scalable tool solution as needed; Get trained and be apprised with scalable solution upon launch; Help lead training other Team members per Business requirement

YOUR PROFILE

• Must be fluent in Chinese & English with writing, speaking & reading skills;

• Analytical skills; attention to detail; Methodical mindset of problem solving; Flexible & ability to manage heavy workload (help meet deadlines & deliver high standards of work by planning & prioritizing); Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently

• Education Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree
