YOUR TASKS:
- Manages existing wireless and switching infrastructure
- Investigation and remediation of major infrastructure bottlenecks and problems
- Installation and configurations of Cisco and Aruba wireless and switching infrastructure, troubleshooting major issues and working independently to resolve issues
- Provides on-site and remote support of the deployment and refresh of network wireless and switching hardware
- Involved in new build activities for installing and configuring of other network equipment including routers, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
- Recommend design and document solutions to meet identified customer requirements
- Responsible for handling P1/Major Incident and escalated issues.
- Support 24x7x365 global organization with a willingness to provide weekend and on-call support
YOUR PROFILE:
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Proficient skillset on Cisco and Aruba wireless and switching technologies
- Strong understanding of DNAC, CPI and WIFI technologies.
- Implementation & troubleshooting experience on Cisco NAC, Cisco ASA, Cisco ISR, Juniper, Arista, Aruba, Cisco Catalyst. Implementations experience of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, PBR, Route Filtering, Redistribution, Summarization, IP prefix-list and Static Routing. VPC, MLAG, VLAN, Trunking, VTP, STP, MST, Ether-channels.
- Strong knowledge on Network & security troubleshooting, packet capture analysis.
- Good understanding of QOS over Wireless and Network infrastructure
