We are launching an intensive 3-week Cloud Contact Center AI LAB focused on building next-generation cloud contact centers based on Amazon Connect.
This program is designed for students, graduates, and early-career professionals who want to develop practical skills in cloud development and modern customer experience platforms. The best participants will be offered long-term employment after completing the Cloud Contact Center AI LAB.
What you’ll learn:
Starting April 13th, our experts will guide you through:
Working in real-world IT projects
Building apps with Amazon Connect using both configuration and traditional coding
Gaining hands-on experience with AWS services, integrations, automation, and cloud-native development practices while working on real-life contact center scenarios
Learning how AI services within the AWS ecosystem extend Amazon Connect to build smarter, more efficient, and data-driven customer interactions
⏳ Lab Duration: 3 weeks
📆 Dates: April 13 – April 30, 2026
📍 Format: Online (opening and closing sessions in-person in Warsaw)
💼 Time Commitment: Part-time (up to 50% of a full-time equivalent)
💰 Compensation: Paid training + certification of completion
🎯 Who will thrive in this role:
Student or graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Basic knowledge of programming (Python or Node.js preferred)
Understanding of APIs, integrations, or web technologies
Interest in cloud platforms and modern architecture concept
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Very good English communication skills

Your future role
Your responsibilities during Cloud Contact Center AI LAB:
Building and configuring Amazon Connect (contact flows, queues, routing profiles)
Developing simple integrations using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) and AI technologies
Developing custom logic using Python, Node.js, or low-code automation tools
Participating in designing scalable, cloud-based contact center solutions
Collaborating with mentors, architects, and other Cloud Contact Center AI LAB participants
Implementing Infrastructure-as-Code using CloudFormation, CDK, or Terraform
Applying DevOps practices for deployment, environment management, and version control
Presenting your final solution as part of a practical Cloud Contact Center AI LAB project
