Who we are looking for
🎯We are looking for a Junior Amazon Connect Developer to join international projects delivering cloud-based contact center solutions enhanced with AI.
In this role, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of Amazon Connect solutions, including contact flows, routing profiles, integrations, and automation. You will work closely with experienced developers, architects, and international teams, gaining exposure to AWS services, AI technologies, and DevOps practices while developing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
💼 What you bring:
1- 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and/or AWS services
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field
Familiarity with Python or Node.js programming
Understanding of cloud concepts and integration basics
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Excellent English communication skills are a must!
Your future role
Assist in building and configuring contact flows, queues, and routing profiles in Amazon Connect
Support the development of custom logic using Python, Node.js, or low-code automation tools
Collaborate on integration of Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3) and AI technologies
Contribute to Infrastructure-as-Code implementation and apply DevOps practices for deployment, environment management, and version control
Work closely with architects, engineers, and international stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
