We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and support the analysis and documentation of business processes. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a structured software development environment and contribute to successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Support communication across various channels with customers, ensuring high-quality interactions and written documentation
Assist in analyzing and solving complex problems by gathering and evaluating information
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements
Learn and follow a defined Business Analysis approach tailored to each project
Gather and organize project-related information from multiple sources under supervision
Maintain proactive communication and contribute to a constructive teamwork environment
Assist in the creation of business requirements and documentation to support development activities
Requirements
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with the ability to support communications and produce high-quality written content
Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse teams and stakeholders
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges
High levels of self-motivation and eagerness to learn new methodologies and approaches
Understanding of basic software development processes (SDLC)
Capability to utilize core elicitation techniques for capturing project-related information
Flexibility to quickly gather, synthesize, and apply domain knowledge in a structured manner under guidance
Familiarity with business analysis processes and willingness to develop this competency further
Nice to have
Some understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban
Background in engineering or computer science education
Exposure to business analyst artifacts, such as UI functionality or basic API request descriptions
Domain knowledge in one or more industries, including Insurance, Oil and Gas, Finance/Banking, Life Sciences/Healthcare, or Retail/FMCG
Skills in additional languages that enhance communication with stakeholders worldwide
