Junior Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the project team to implement Salesforce solutions based on business objectives

• Write clean, maintainable code using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Proactively learn the Salesforce platform and customer-specific solutions

• Participate in team meetings on enterprise-scale projects to collaboratively plan and solve challenges

• Assist in configuring Salesforce features, such as workflows, process automation, and security settings

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven professional experience working with Salesforce (minimum 6 months, but more is a plus)

• Background in IT, such as a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in technology

• Strong desire to learn and take on new technologies and challenges in a fast-paced environment

• Hands-on knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations

• Solid understanding of development frameworks, including repositories and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, or similar

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Possession of a Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer, or equivalent
