Junior ServiceNow Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement ServiceNow solutions across global projects

• Develop and maintain various modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, event management, HRSD, WSD, GRC, and integrations

• Create integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms such as OKTA SSO, Salesforce, and SAP

• Ensure platform consistency and data integrity

• Perform patching and upgrades of ServiceNow instances

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, client representatives, and external vendors

• Support ongoing platform enhancements and troubleshooting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic knowledge of ServiceNow development and administration

• Experience with JavaScript and AngularJS frameworks

• Understanding of ITSM service design principles

• Familiarity with telecom technologies

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Strong communication skills

• Self-organization with the capability to work under limited supervision

• Willingness to learn and actively participate in team meetings

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
