Driving International Growth: Monitor KPIs, prepare insightful reports, and support data-driven decisions to fuel our strategic initiatives
Collaborating on Exciting Projects: Execute cross-functional strategic projects with Trust & Safety, Tech, Consumer Business, Operations, and Customer Experience teams, playing a vital role in scaling international services like our 1F (One Fulfillment) program.
Enhancing Merchant Value Proposition: Support the development and implementation of new business and service features, with a focus on boosting 1F adoption and aligning with our broader international growth strategy.
Ensuring Operational Excellence: Provide day-to-day support for key projects within the International Sellers Business and Fulfillment scope, enabling smooth operations and sustainable expansion, particularly for the APAC sellers.
Owning Key Programs: Take ownership of selected programs enabling International sellers and 1F merchants success on Allegro (e.g., VAT support, CX support programs).
Optimizing Product Flow: Contribute to improving the fast rotation of 1F products from our warehouse to maximize sales.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
A University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economy, Marketing).
Fluency in English (min. C1 level) and native-level Polish.
A strong skill set including adaptability, analytical thinking, project management, communication, and a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, and Data Studio.
Experience or knowledge in eCommerce or Logistics, with a solid understanding of international markets
