Microsoft 365 F&O Consultant – Finance & Accounting Solutions

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and financial processes to ensure optimal system design

• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions tailored to client needs

• Customize financial and accounting modules to align with operational demands

• Optimize system performance and improve operational workflows

• Support system implementation, testing, and go-live activities

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Document configurations, processes, and best practices

• Manage tasks within Agile or Waterfall project frameworks

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable modules

• Experience in system configuration and process design within D365 F&O

• Proven ability to analyze and improve financial business processes

• Experience working on implementation or maintenance projects

• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail

• Good communication skills in English at B2 level or higher

• Willingness to occasionally travel for project needs

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or finance solutions

Language Required for the role:

• Polish and English — communicative proficiency in both languages
